I Want to Make Everything

The idea underneath this entire map.

A book about creative multiplicity: why some of us resist choosing one lane, what that costs, and how a wide life of making might become coherent without becoming small.

Cover of the designed proof of I Want to Make Everything: the title in heavy condensed type above a grid of small artwork tiles, subtitled Creativity, AI, and the Complicated Joy of Making More.

The question

What do you do when you want to make everything? Not as a slogan — as an actual scheduling problem, an actual identity problem, and an actual question about whether a wide life adds up to anything.

What I made

An eleven-chapter manuscript and a complete designed proof. Substantial enough to hold, unfinished enough to keep arguing with me.

Why it sits at the entrance

Everything else on this map is a specific thing — a business, a plugin, a comic, a prototype. This is the argument underneath them, which is why the world starts here and unfolds outward.

Where it is now

The manuscript exists. The final book is still becoming itself.

A few more things worth seeing

A page from the designed proof, set as running prose.

A later page from the proof, on ownership and authorship in the work.
