Product Validation Lab

The useful uncertainty before a larger build.

The research behind PriceGuard and One-Truck Profit Systems explores a part of product work that portfolios often edit out: offers, calculators, collateral, and the decision about whether demand deserves a larger build.

Profit OS, built for one-truck junk removal operators, showing a garage cleanout quote against its load benchmark, cost floor and projected margin.

Why it’s here

Knowing when to stop is a skill, and it’s almost never shown in portfolios. The work was finishing the question rather than the product.

Where it is now

PriceGuard became a released toolkit; One-Truck reached a validation gate and stopped there.

The original studies are closed. Wholesale PriceGuard Kit now has its own released project page; the One-Truck research remains a bounded validation record.

A few more things worth seeing
